By Jordan Ehler posted 07-17-2020 07:37 AM

ACT is providing an opportunity for members and non-members to present late-breaking abstracts (LBAs) at this year's virtual Annual Meeting. The LBA submission system will open August 1 and close September 15, 2020 (11:59 pm).

Late-Breaking Abstract Submission Requirements:
  • The LBA data submitted must be novel, new, and/or of sufficient scientific relevance to merit special consideration.
  • The LBA has the same word count limitation as other abstracts (No more than 250 words in length—not including Title, Authors, or Institutions. This limit includes all text, spaces, and punctuation).
Submission Details:
On August 1, please use the online Abstract Submission System to submit your 250-word late-breaking abstract following the on-screen prompts. Once your abstract is submitted in the system, please send an email to ACT Headquarters with the Subject line: ACT Late-Breaking Abstract Submission. The email should provide the name of the abstract and the reference number.

Important Note: Incomplete submissions will not be accepted.

The late-breaking abstract submission deadline is September 15 at 11:59 pm, Eastern Time.
