Online Reservations
When making your hotel reservation, please mention that you are attending the American College of Toxicology Annual Meeting to receive the discounted rate. Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 12%) at the time of checkout. The room rate is offered three days prior to and three days following the ACT meeting based on availability for reservations made before the cut-off date.
Hotel Resort Fee
The resort fee includes: daily in-room internet, daily newspaper, admission into the fitness center, and shuttle service to/from McCarran International Airport, and shuttle service to the Las Vegas Strip.
Cancellations
Should you need to cancel your reservation, a 72-hour advance notice is required in order for the deposit to be refunded. Cancellation inside 72 hours of check in will result in the forfeit of the deposit.
