LAST CALL FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION: ACT's 37th Annual Meeting, Submit Today!

The 2016 ACT Abstract Submission System is closing soon! All abstracts must be submitted online using the ACT Abstract Submission System prior to the deadline of July 1, 2016 (11:59 pm, Eastern Time). Access to the Abstract System can be achieved by using the link provided or through the ACT Annual Meeting website.

First-time users will be required to create an account. Once an account confirmation email is received log into the system and follow the instructions and on-screen prompts to complete your abstract submission. Select “Poster” as your form of presentation. You will receive an email confirmation when you have successfully submitted your abstract. Users may re-enter the system until the deadline to make updates to the abstract or contact information. All accepted poster presenters are required to register for the Annual Meeting.

This year ACT will be hosting two poster sessions at the Annual Meeting. Designated authors will present their poster during either the Poster Session I with Wine and Cheese on Monday, November 7, or the Poster Session II with Champagne Breakfast on Tuesday, November 8. Session assignments will be alphabetical, by last name, and will be sent to the submitting author via e-mail during the week of August 1, 2016.

Graduate students submitting abstracts can apply for a limited number of ACT Student Travel Awards in the amount of $1,000. Recipients must present a poster at the Annual Meeting. Abstracts must be submitted online using the ACT Abstract Submission System. Select “Poster” as your form of presentation and select the button for “student award.” Students who require a visa should indicate such during the submission process.

The abstract submission deadline is July 1, 2016.
