INSTRUCTION FOR SCIENTIFIC PROPOSALS
(Symposium= 4-5 speakers; Workshops= 2-3 speakers
The proposal should contain the following data:
(i) Society /Person / Institution proposing the activity
(ii) Data of the activity (workshop/symposium/course/satellite activity)
- Tentative title of the activity;
- Tentative title of at least 3-4 presentations;
- Names proposed for at least 2-3 of the speakers.
(iii) A short justification indicating the interest under scientific and/or under applied/regulatory/social reasons (a few lines)
(iv) Possibilities for total or partial sponsoring
Considerations:
- Geographical distribution of speakers is recommended (not more that 2 from the same country). (Not for courses).
- The Congress Organization wants to encourage interaction between Academia-Industry-Regulators and interdisciplinary approaches (basis research, clinical/epidemiological, regulation). Therefore, if possible, please include speakers from academic institutions and from industry and regulatory or international agencies.
- The proposal may be either a full proposal (including all speakers) or open to add other talks/speakers.
