We are pleased to announce that ACT will be offering an Annual Meeting mobile event app, lead retrieval, and ePosters at this year's meeting.
Pick up a printed Program on-site or don't! The mobile event app allows for meeting participants to search by schedule (event, session type, speaker, etc.), view poster abstracts and ePosters, view speaker and exhibitor detail, maps of the meeting space, and even allows for you to send messages to other meeting participants. If you are not a tech-savvy person, don't be alarmed; there will be a Help Kiosk on-site during registration hours to guide you should you need assistance.
Poster presenters have the option this year to share an electronic pdf version of their poster. If you were too busy networking or chatting with an exhibitor during one of the poster sessions be sure to view the app to see if there is an option to view an abstract poster of interest. Select Poster Sessions from the menu, next to My Agenda select Filter, then select PDF Posters (Uploaded) to take a closer look.
Also while you are in the Exhibit Hall, opt to share your contact information with an Exhibitor. By using a code found on your meeting badge Exhibitors use lead retrival technology in order to contact you post-meeting. Forget those business cards at home? Not a problem—you're covered.
