You are invited to join the "Jazzicology" and perform at this year's Welcome Reception. Please contact Dave Hobson at dave@lonestarpharmtox.com or 210.269.6169 by August 10, 2014 if you are interested. Please indicate the instrument(s) you can play, your playing experience, and whether you can bring your instrument to the meeting.
Note: If you have already registered for the meeting and would like to add the Welcome Reception, Sunday November 9, 6:30 pm–8:30 pm to your registration please either contact the Headquarters Office directly (703.547.0875) or email in an additional Registration Form with your requested addition. Tickets are $50.
