The 2025 ACT Abstract Submission System is open! All abstracts must be submitted using the online system by Sunday, June 1, 2025 (11:59 pm, Eastern Time).
First-time users will be required to create a new account. Once an account is created, follow the on-screen prompts to complete your abstract submission through the online system. Please read the poster guidelines before finalizing your submission.
Abstract acceptance notifications will be sent to the submitting author via email during the week of July 21, 2025. All accepted poster presenters are required to register for the Annual Meeting by August 1, 2025. Registration is open.
ACT will host a Poster Session at the Annual Meeting on Monday, November 17, from 5:00 pm–6:30 pm. Your poster must be printed and displayed in the Exhibit Hall during the Annual Meeting. Attendance at the Poster Session on November 17 is required. If the presenting author fails to display their printed poster, the abstract will not be published in International Journal of Toxicology.
ACT does not accept encore poster abstracts. If the abstract was presented and published at another scientific meeting, submitted for publication in another journal (including pending acceptance), has more than 30% overlap of another published work, or was previously presented at a past ACT Annual Meeting, the abstract is considered an encore and will not appear in International Journal of Toxicology or be accepted for presentation.
