Annual Meeting Travel Update—We Look Forward to Seeing You in Phoenix!

By Jeffrey Tepper posted 16 days ago

ACT's 46th Annual Meeting is almost here! We hope you are excited to see everyone at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge in Phoenix, Arizona. Everything is progressing smoothly, with our speakers and exhibitors confirmed and ready to go.

Travel Update

We understand some of you may be concerned about possible flight reductions resulting from the government shutdown. Fortunately, significant progress has been made toward a full resolution. We remain optimistic and sincerely hope this issue will be resolved before the meeting starts. In the meantime, keep this positive perspective in mind: 90% of all flights are still scheduled to depart as currently planned. While regional flights may be most affected (since they operate multiple times daily), most travel is still expected to proceed as scheduled. To ease your mind, we recommend keeping a close eye on your reservations and consider exploring alternative travel options.

Hotel Accommodations

If your arrival date has changed due to a flight cancellation and you will not be checking in on your originally scheduled date, please contact the hotel directly to confirm that your room is held for your new arrival date. Otherwise, the hotel may release the reservation.

Exceptional Learning and Networking Awaits

Prepare for a memorable experience:

  • Reconnecting with friends and colleagues
  • Taking advantage of outstanding educational opportunities, including 9 Continuing Education courses and 2 engaging Plenary lectures
  • Exploring 23 stimulating Exhibitor-Hosted Programs
  • Most importantly, hearing directly from your peers during the 20 scientific sessions on key topics that matter for professionals in toxicology!

Get ready for an incredible meeting! See you all very soon.
